BackgroundIdiopathicventriculararrhythmias(VAs)originatingfromthepulmonarysinuscusp(PSC)havenotbeensufficientlyclarified.
ObjectivesThegoalofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheprevalence,electrocardiographiccharacteristics,mapping,andablationofidiopathicVAsarisingfromthePSC.
MethodsDatawereanalyzedfrom28patientsundergoingsuccessfulendocardialablationofidiopathicVAswithaleftbundlebranchblockmorphologyandinferioraxisdeviation.
